Volunteer Training

Want to make a difference in our kids’ lives?  Come join us at StandUp for Kids – San Diego as a volunteer!

We are looking for Outreach Center Volunteers who are passionate about helping San Diego’s homeless youth.  Our Outreach Center is open for homeless youth 5 nights a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.).  If you are available on one of those nights, on a weekly basis, we would love to have you as a volunteer!  We are also looking for a Saturday Outreach Center Supervisor, Street Outreach Volunteers, a Street Outreach Lead, a Housing Support Volunteer, Social Media Support and an Event Coordinator.

All Volunteers must be 18 years or older and start with 1) a background check as we are working with at-risk youth, and 2) Training

StandUp for Kids – San Diego is holding virtual Volunteer Training sessions on the following dates, from 9am to 2pm:
