StandUp and Move! Walk & Chalk
THIS NOVEMBER
Grab your chalk, take a walk, and express your message to bring awareness to youth homelessness
StandUp and Move! for Kids is our 5th annual National event to end the cycle of youth homelessness during National Homeless Youth Awareness Month. This issue affects thousands of young people across the U.S., and now more than ever, they need our support. This year we’re introducing Walk & Chalk, a national initiative where individuals, families, businesses, and communities unite to raise awareness in a creative and powerful way—sharing expressive chalk messages that inspire change and hope.

Enjoy the benefits of getting outside and walking your community. Walking boosts your mood, improves your health, and connects you with your surroundings—and now, with a piece of chalk in hand, you can inspire change while you move!
Whether it’s a heartwarming drawing, an inspirational quote, or an eye-opening fact, your chalk creation can spark conversations and bring attention to the challenges homeless youth face every day.
