Apple Health (WA State Medicate) – Provides physical and behavioral health services for Washington residents who qualify. Limited assistance is available to uninsured adults who do not meet the immigration requirements for federal assistance
Kitsap Mental Health Services – KMHS provides compassionate, expert treatment to more than 5,600 people each year, including children, teens, families and adults
Kitsap Public Health – Health services including immunizations, HIV/AIDS services, pregnancy and parent-child health support
Peninsula Community Health Services – Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services
Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington – Provides a variety of health care, with or without insurance. Birth Control, Pregnancy Testing and Planning, Abortion, Gender Affirming Care, Mental Health, STD Testing and Treatment, Wellness and Preventative Care
Salish Youth Network Collaborative – SYNC provides support to school age youth ages 5-18 with complex behavioral health needs

Kitsap Legal Aid Services – A non-profit organization providing free civil legal aid to low-income residents of Kitsap County
Washington Law Help – Free Legal Help for eligible people with low income in Washington. Housing, debt collection defense, driver license reinstatement, family law, special education and more
GENERAL ASSISTANCE & INFORMATION
Kitsap Immigrant Assistance Center – Providing immigrant-centric family, immigration, legal, tax and business services in the West Salish/Puget Sound Region
Kitsap Regional Library – Get a library card, it will connect you to resources like books, eBooks, classes, computers and internet access
Low Cost Cell Phone Plans –

- Lifeline is a federal program with low cost phone and internet
Public Transportation Through ORCA Cards – Includes public transit systems throughout Puget Sound area. Youth up to age 18 ride free with Youth Orca Card or School ID. People over 18 can apply for a reduced fare card.
St. Vincent de Paul Resource Office (Bremerton) – Provides financial assistance and other resources to families in need such as Rental and Utility assistance programs, transportation (bus tokens), hygiene items and more.
YMCA Showers – Free 30-minute access to showers at these locations during listed hours

Teen Link – A help line for teens, by teens. You’re not alone. There is someone that’s willing to listen to you without judgment.Our teen volunteers are trained to listen to your concerns and talk with you about whatever’s on your mind – bullying, drug and alcohol concerns, relationships, stress, depression, or any other issues you’re facing. No issue is too big or too small. Calls and chats are confidential. Talk it out!
